A joint force operation involving Cheshire, Greater Manchester & Merseryside Constabulary called Op Enforcing which is a long-term campaign which will target motorists connected to criminality as well as reducing the amount of serious and fatal collisions on the areas motorways by pursuing those committing Fatal 5 offences: careless driving, using mobile phones, failing to wear a seatbelt, speeding and drink and drug driving.
A media event was held at Sandbach Services on the M6
Superintendent Jon Betts (L) addresses the officers.
