56-year-old Karl Stake has been left without hot water or gas for 6 weeks after yearly check-up left boiler broke. Has severe arthritis and depression and has been left with cold house with no hot water - has had to travel to family to wash despite poor mobility.

Police remain in Finsbury Road, Nottingham, on Thursday May 12, after residents were evacuated when suspected explosive materials were found at a house. Officers were called to a property in Finsbury Road, on the border of Arnold and Top Valley, shortly after 11.50pm on Wednesday May 11th.
A spokesperson for the Nottinghamshire Police said: "Inside they found suspected explosive materials which have since been removed for further testing. A 45-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of possessing an explosive substance. He remains in police custody."
Around 25 residents were evacuated from neighbouring properties as a precaution. Officers will remain at the scene for much of Thursday as investigations continue.
