A clean up initiative will take place in Craigneuk on Wednesday & Thursday 29th & 30th June.
Skips will be available at Flaxmill Avenue, The Broadway, Glencairn Avenue, Meadowhead Road, Aldersyde Avenue and Golfhill Road. All bins should be presented kerbside by 7am on Thursday. If you require help please call .
Craigneuk Councillor Kenneth Duffy said " I welcome this initiative by the Council. The community has been blighted recently with fly tipping and reports of rats, this is an opportunity to get Craigneuk squared up.

Rehearsals for the City Songbirds and The City Youth Wind Orchestra presention A Right Royal Tea Party at the Victoria Hall, Hanley.
The performance on Wednesday night featured performances from local schools including Abbey Hulton Primary, Ash Green Trentham, Burnwood Community School, Forest Park and Milton Primary Academy
