On Saturday 18th June, a group of Staffordshire Police officers joined forces with a local gym, and fitness instructors from around the country to raise money for a friend and colleague. ¿eam Unmissable¿led by Sgt Chris Hood are completing a 24 hour fitathon including keeping an exercise bike going for 24hours between 4 of them, and joining in other fitness classes during that time. All this to raise funds for Lisa Coxon, who has been diagnosed with incurable stage 4 metastatic canc.

On Saturday 18th June, a group of Staffordshire Police officers joined forces with a local gym, and fitness instructors from around the country to raise money for a friend and colleague.
¿eam Unmissable¿led by Sgt Chris Hood are completing a 24 hour fitathon including keeping an exercise bike going for 24hours between 4 of them, and joining in other fitness classes during that time. All this to raise funds for Lisa Coxon, who has been diagnosed with incurable stage 4 metastatic cancer. Lisa wants to make as many memories with her husband Jordan and 2 young sons - as well as funding complimentary therapies alongside conventional medicine.
Sgt Chris Hood who came up with the idea said ¿isa has shown immense bravely and courage over the past few years, bringing some laughs and many tears but most of all bringing people together as she has shared each step of her journey. On the back of this I wanted to create an event that is fun, engaging and build a memory to support a friend and colleague. Regardless of peoples level of fitness the classes are open to all with the instructors delivering a fun and exciting class¿
